ad1e819595 Added UI for manually setting Node prefix.
Added on demand Node start and shutdown switch.
Added radio buttons for changing camera resolution.

48600d7496 Added Reset Node Prefix, so that multiple Android phones can connect to same ROS MASTER.
Camera node now runs in background even when screen is off.
